Job Decription 

Support the activities included in the Quality Master Plan for Manufacturing Areas and Support Areas in Colgate Colombia. Ensure through monitoring the compliance of the standards of Colgate Quality System and actively participate in solving gaps. Communicate and manage the execution of updates to these standards and procedures as per needed. Support the fulfillment of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policy and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in the site.                

Responsabilities

• Quality Master Plan Follow Up and Revision            
• Quality Training Plan Follow Up, revision and planning            
• Implement and follow up to GMP and Packaging Strategy activity grid            
• Support Monthly Quality Meetings with DOM & Plant managers, CS&L to review Quality Process/issues            
• Support development of On Shelf Quality Audits / Mock Recovery / Warehouse Audits / Supplier & Copacker Audits            
• Corrective and Preventive Actions Program Follow Up to packaging suppliers            
• Lead Continuous improvement meetings with FF and key suppliers            
• Quality Standards Update revisions & other corporate updates and meetings            
• Ensure that the documentation system is effective: Procedures and other Quality documents generation, update, revision and approval.            
• Ensure compliance with the Corporate Quality Standard: Consumer and customer complaints            
• Document in the database all complaints of Quality from Consumers, with their respective corrective and preventive actions.            
• Leader meetings with Incoming and packaging teams                       
• Other reports and presentations preparation for Visits, LATAM Quality Director, etc.            
• Accomplish with the Management System of safety and Health at Work "SGSST" as required according to position.
